Document Description
The three projects, BAPP Fire break, Guard Shack, and Switch Yard, are intended to remove vegetation at three specific sites within the DFD which poses a fire hazard and create firebreaks for the filed division structures. Firebreak creation is needed in order to protect structures, stop fires, and provide opportunity to fight fires, if necessary. All work occurs within DWR's right of way. Access to the site is directly off Kelso Road.
