Adoption of Ordinance 99 amending Division XXXVI of the District Code regarding regulations governing the use of District property, including Lakes Serena and Dulzura. Lake management measures include: designation of access locations and allowable uses, installation of directional and information signage to reduce environmental impact and encroachment onto private property, measures to limit small boat storage, regulations for the maintenance and construction of new docks and piers and limitations on planting fish and/or introducing aquatic plant or animal species.
