Caltrans proposes to install culvert liners at four (4) locations on State Route (SR) 124; post mile (PM) 0.39, 0.44, 0.50, and 0.56. The purpose of this project is to extend the service life and prevent culvert failure. This project is needed due to existing deterioration of the culverts.
