Document Description
Project consists of a permanently installed culvert, headwall and valve/bypass system with a wooden flashboard structure located at the upstream end of the culvert. The flashboard dam is used to seasonally fill a pond used for recreation for the summer camp. CDFW is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0320-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
