Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0041-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Robert Doherty, representing Simon Property Group.
Project consists of the removal and replacement of two of the five existing 44"x72" diameter corrugated metal arched pipes located underneath Avenida del Rio Road. Temporary gravel bag berms will be installed immediately up-and down-stream of the two culverts to be replaced, and the crossing will be returned to its as-built condition as detailed in the Plans for the Improvement of Camino de la Reina and Avenida del Rio, prepared by Rick Engineering Company and dated Jan. 16, 1975. The footprint of the crossing, including riprap, will not exceed that of the above-referenced plans.
