Document Description
The larger project will restore and stabilize approx. 8.34 acres of a trespass created by unauthorized earthwork activities on public lands managed by BLM. Project activities within the scope of this Agreement are limited to removing the trespass road, restoring pre-existing conditions and removing PVC pipe along approx. 2,280 linear feet where it crosses 8 separate drainage channels. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0372-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
