Biogas & Electric will design and install an energy recovery system at Palm Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant that will comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District's Rule 1110.2. The system will combust biogas being produced from the anaerobic digesters at the site that is currently being flared to produce electricity. Major pieces of equipment to be placed on an approx. 60'x80' concrete pad.
