The Preferred Alternative includes the conveyance of 81.88 acres, owned by the Ramona Band into Federal trust status on behalf of the Ramona Band, and possible development of a future Indian Health Clinic on two of the five parcels located adjacent to US Hwy 371. Aside from the possible development of an Indian Health Clinic no new development or other land use changes are currently anticipated for the remaining five parcels.
