The project includes land use element amendments focused on revisions to development standards for commercial districts as well as amendments regarding transfer of development rights and community benefits incentive zoning and a change from people at one time to an impact based approach. Zoning code revisions regarding commercial development standards are also proposed. In addition, the Town is proposing to adopt and implement a mobility element update.
