Document Description
A Major Subdivision of an approximately 6.9 acre parcel into 20 lots ranging in size from 6,000 sf to 66,060 sf. The subdivision will consist of three phases. Phase 1 will create Lots 1, 2, 19 and 20, Phase 2 will create Lots 3-6 and 15-18 and Phase 3 will create Lots 7-14. A Special Permit is required for the construction of a secondary dwelling unit on proposed Lot 20 prior to the recordation of the Final Map and to allow an accessory structure to remain on proposed Lot 11 prior to the construction of a main residence. Approximately 25 trees will be removed for site development associated with the subdivision. The parcels will be served with community water and sewer by the Humboldt Community Services District.
