This third amendment to the Streambed Alteration Agreement expands Project Area to include Ehrhardt Channel (Shed A) and needed maintenance for the channel. The expansion of the Project Area is specific to CDFW’s Streambed Alteration Agreement, and this amendment is intended to ensure the Streambed Alteration Agreement
Project Area is consistent with the Project Area analyzed in the City of Elk Grove’s Mitigated Negative Declaration.
