1. An increase to the permitted facility boundary from 8.5 to 9.5 acres to include the Marin Recycling Center (MRC).
2. An increase to the permitted traffic limit from 800 vehicles per day to 1,170 vehicles per day to include traffic to and from the MRC.
3. A change in hours of operation to 24 hours per day, Seven days per week.
