Update the current master plan for the 82.15 acre Marin Sanitary Service municipal waste management facility to allow expansion of interim public storage container uses as an ancillary use of outdoor work areas and change the current solid waste management facility permit boundaries to accommodate future equipment placement in existing outdoor yard areas for conversion of waste to energy and divert transport of solid waste to local landfills.
