Access to the project would be from Racetrack Road, a private street that is accessed off of the public portion of Racetrack Road. The project requires the approval of Tentative Subdivision Map and Oak Tree Preservation Plan entitlements from the City of Rocklin. The project site is partly developed with two single family residences and associated outbuildings and landscaping; one of the two residences and associated outbuildings will be retained and the other will be demolished to accommodate the new residences.
