Document Description
The Racetrack Subdivision project is a proposed 10 unit single family residential subdivision located on 3.8 acres. The project also includes 1 open space lot along Sucker Ravine and the associated riparian corridor. Residential lot sizes would range from 11,431-19,565 sf, with an average lot size of 15,018 sf. Access to the project would be from Racetrack Road, a private street that is accessed off of the public portion of Racetrack Road. The project requires the approval of Tentative Subdivision Map and Oak Tree Preservation Plan entitlements from the City of Rocklin. The project site is partly developed with two single family residences and associated outbuildings and landscaping; one of the two residences and associated outbuildings will be retained and the other will be demolished to accommodate the new residences.
