The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0217-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Water Resources, as represented by Mitra Emami.
The Willow Slough Bypass North Levee Pipe Removal and Replacement Project consists of the excavation, removal, and replacement of a 24-inch corrugated metal culvert. After completion of the culvert replacement, the County Road, 28H, will be replaced and repaved, any temporary fill and construction debris will be removed, and disturbed areas will be planted with native grass seed.
