Document Description
This EIR addendum adds Maintenance Area 20 (MA 20) to the Final EIR that was adopted in January 2018. Pending approval by the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, the Department will be taking over operation and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities of the MA 20 levee. Maintenance activities are required to bring the MA 20 levee up to federal and State standards. Proposed levee maintenance is consistent with what is described and analyzed FMOs FEIR for EPOM.
