Document Description
Note: Lead Agency changed from Placer County to Placer County Water Agency on 3/13/18
The proposed project involves the westward extension of existing Placer County Water Agency pipelines located at SR 65 and Whitney Ranch Parkway. The pipeline will connect to existing 24-in and 36-in diameter pipelines near the northbound and southbound ramp intersections at the east and west of the SR 65 overcrossing. Parallel 24-in diameter pipelines would extend an existing 36-in pipeline that currently terminates at about the location of the planned northbound SR 65 off-ramp, just east of the highway. The proposed pipelines would run through the bridge over SR 65, where they would connect via manifold with an existing 24-in pipeline and continue westward with the proposed 42-in pipeline underground.
