The proposed Hays parcel map project entails the creation of four parcels designed for commercial land use. The property is located at 5400 Clark Road (SR 191). The proposed parcels would be created from an existing, 1.68 acre parcel of record that is currently vacant, but has been previously developed. The gross parcel sizes proposed for each parcel are 0.27 acre (Parcel 1), 0.55 acre (Parcel 2), 0.42 acre (Parcel 3) and 0.44 acre (Parcel 4).
