Document Description
The applicant has requested a use permit amendment. The existing use permit approved a mini-market, gasoline sales, and an approximately 9,000 sf office/shopping center building. The applicant proposes to amend the use permit to allow the development and operation of an automated carwash. The carwash would be accessory to the existing mini-market and gasoline sales. Development of the carwash would displace the office/shopping center building. The original use permit would be superseded by the proposed amendment thereby eliminating the office/shopping center building from the use permit.
