The Dow Chemical Company is a science and technology company that develops and manufactures specialty chemicals, advanced materials, agroscience products, and plastic products in both final and intermediate forms. Dow proposes to modernize four of its 11 chemical manufacturing blocks at the Operations Facility in Pittsburg, CA. The Dow Facility Modernization Plan consists of two phases of work.
