Document Description
The applicant is requesting approval of a land use permit for the purpose of constructing and operating a new wireless telecommunications facility at the subject property. The project includes: 1) an 85-foot tall mono-eucalyptus which can support up to three wireless service providers, 2) a 45-foot by 30-foot lease area, and 30 a 145-foot long trench to underground the facility's telecommunication lines and electricity. The trench work and construction of the facility will also include work within the proximity (dripline) of 20 trees. The site's access currently exists and does not require any additional grading or improvements to accommodate the proposed project.
