Document Description

Grand Blvd, and 2) A Coastal Development Permit, Venice Specific Plan Sign-Off (VSO) and Mello Determination, to permit the demolition of a duplex and garage and the construction of a new 34-foot 10-inch tall, 4,848 sf single-family residence with attached 397 sf garage with roof deck, on a 4,500 sf lot zoned RD1.5-1-O located within the single-jurisdiction area of the Coastal Zone.
