Document Description
The proposed project is located on a site that is approximately 8,290 sf (one lot) and includes the construction of a four-story, 56-foot tall building with 14 residential units, including four units for very low income households, and a minimum of 23 parking spaces on one subterranean level. The project includes the demolition of one multi-family building, consisting of four units, that total approximately 3,696 sf, and requires the export of 9,950 cubic yards of dirt. The project proposes the removal of four non-protected trees onsite.
