The installation, use and maintenance of an unmanned Wireless Telecommunications Facility with twelve, 6-foot high panel antennas (4 in each of the 3 sectors), twelve RRU's, three surge protection units, 7'-10" high screen for a 12'x12' lease area for equipment on the rooftop of a 4-story (44'-4" high) apartment building, one polar 10kw diesel standby generator with 55-gallon fuel tank mounted on a concrete pad at grade, 200 amp electrical service and fiber service, in the [Q] C2-2-O Zone. The project would require a Condition Use Permit.
