A Conditional Use Permit to allow the installation, operation, and maintenance of a new Wireless Communications Facility for Verizon Wireless, consisting of up to twelve panel antennas, twelve remote radio units (RRUs), and four-foot-diameter microwave dish mounted onto a new 40-foot high faux eucalyptus tree. The project also includes a 10 kW emergency diesel generator, which would be housed within a 12' x 34' masonry equipment shed. Schools within 2 miles: Mission Hills High School, Woodland Park Elementary School, Woodland Park Middle School, Richland Elementary School, Twin Oaks Elementary School, Twin Oaks High School, Knob Hill Elementary School.
