Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0153-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Valentine Solar, LLS represented by Javier De La Garza. The project includes the construction of up to 35 at-grade road crossings and cable installaton of 21 streams and up to 11 Solar Intersect Areas, which includes solar panel, underground cable and fencing installation, and grading of unimproved roads within 11 streams.
