CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0079-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Space Center Mira Loma Inc. The Space Center Industrial Project incudes the conversion of an earthen trapezoidal channel into an underground 72-inch reinforced concrete pipe storm drain system, upgrade of the existing outlet in Day Creek Channel to support the new 72-inch RCP, and the construction of detention/retention basin to treat on-site stormwater runoff.
