- The proposed project is a 1.6 mile stretch of Highway 111 between Rubidoux Street to 760 feet west of Madison Street. The proposed project includes the replacement and/or upgrading of traffic signals, curb, gutter and sidewalks, ADA ramps, and storm drain improvements. The project also includes widening Highway 111 between Madison Street to Monroe Street from 4 lanes to 6 lanes to match the number of lanes on either side of this stretch of Highway 111. This will result in an increase in level of service along Highway 111.
