Document Description
The proposed Project comprises a General Plan Amendment (GPA 1132), Change of Zone (CZ 7816), Tract Map (TR 36475), and an Agricultural Diminishment Permit (AG 1044). GPA1132 and CZ 7816 would modify underlying land use and zoning designations for subject property to allow for development of the Project site with detached single-family homes. TR 36475 would subdivide the Project site into 171 single family lots and water quality basins, park sites, open space lots, and public streets. AG 1044 would remove the Project site from the El Sobrante No. 1 Agricultural Preserve.
