Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction, use, and maintenance of a new 81-room hotel located on a vacant, approximately 31,396 sf lot in the C2-1 Zone. The hotel will have a total floor area of approximately 47,009 sf and will measure a maximum of 52 feet tall, totaling four stories. The project will provide 68 on-site parking spaces located in a partially subterranean and partially at-grade parking structure. As filed, the project is in request of a Conditional Use to permit the construction of a hotel within 500 feet of a residential use or zone; a Conditional Use to permit a commercial corner development to operation between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and a Site Plan review for the construction of a development project that results in an increase of 50 or more guest rooms.
