Document Description
The project would include the design and construction of a 129,000 GSF multi-story building and would involve the redevelopment of Urey Green to provide better connections between the new and existing buildings in the area. The 3-acre building site is located at the western edge of the campus, but east of Muir Field, Scholars Drive South, and North Torrey Pines Road. The proposed project would include a new service and fire access road connecting the proposed building site to Scholar's Drive South. The access road connection would be located just south of Muir Field. Utilities and infrastructure connections are locally available to support the project, as the site is considered infill development. The project would seek to achieve Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED) Silver rating.
