The project involves the demolition of an existing food processing plant and surface parking lot and the construction of a new 117 dwelling units and the development of 29,017 sf of commercial uses over two subject sites and 299 vehicular parking spaces (Blake Avenue and Blimp Street). The Blake Avenue site includes the development of 100 "small lot" single family homes 2,260 sf of new commercial spaces and the rehabilitation of three buildings totaling approximately 25,410 sf. The Blimp Street site includes the development of 17 residential condominium units and 1,347 sf of ground floor commercial area.
