The applicant has also filed for ZA-2014-1728-CDP-ZAA-MEL. The applicant is seeking a Coastal Development Permit and a Mello Determination to demolish the existing triplex home and construct two new detached single-family dwellings. The Zoning Administrator's Adjustment (ZAA) request was for a 4-foot side yard setback in lieu of the required 5-foot side yard setback, but due to an error in the filing the request has been dismissed only for the ZAA.
