Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2017-0092-R5) to the project applicant, Sand Canyon Plaza, LLC. The project proposes to impact 3.60 acres of streambed/lake, including 1.71 acres of permanent impact to holly leaf cherry and 0.54 acres of permanent impact to willow riparian scrub and mitigate with 12.44 acres of preservation, and 8.73 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
