The Project is the installation of two new force main pipes in a single casing using horizontal direction drilling methods from the Coast Hwy Sewer Pump Station (CPS) east under San Elijo Lagoon to Dublin Dr. where they will discharge to the existing eight inch gravity sewer through the existing manhole in the alley between San Elijo Avenue and Newport Avenue.
