Document Description
Note: Extended per lead Venoco, Inc., an independent oil and gas company, has filed an application with the CSLC to adjust offshore oil and gas lease (PRC 3242) boundary to encompass more area of the South Ellwood Oil and Gas Field offshore of Santa Barbara County. The proposed project would redrill six wells into the extended lease boundary area to extract the oil and gas reserves more efficiently. All redrilling activities would occur from existing Platform Holly located in State waters.
