Enter into a five year lease agreement with Eliseo Godinez Farming to conduct farming operation of the Brayton walnut orchard, at the Bidwell-Sacramento River State Parks near the Sacramento River Access at Pine Creek Unit. Farming activities will be a continuation of those conducted prior to CA. State Parks acquiring the parcels. Activities conducted within the boundaries defined in the Lease Agreement, and any amendments, will comply with all State and federal environmental laws, including, but not limited to, the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
