Document Description
Water Agency is filing a temporary urgency change petition requesting that the State Water Resources Control Board make the following changes in the minimum instream flow requirements for the Russian River mainstream that are specified in SWRCB Decision 1610 and the Water Agency's water right permits for a period of 180 days from May 1, 2015 until Oct. 27, 2015; 1) reduce the required minimum instream flow in the Russian River from the confluence of the East and West Forks to the river's confluence with Dry Creek from 185 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 75 cfs from May 1 to Oct. 27; and 2) reduce required minimum instream flow in the Russian River from its confluence with Dry Creek to the Pacific Ocean from 125 cfs to 85 cfs from May 1 to Oct. 27.
