Document Description
Proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Seaport Village Operating Company, LLC (Tenant) for their continued use of approx. 32 sq. ft. of tideland area located at the intersection of Kettner Blvd. and Harbor Drive in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of displaying an entrance sign at Kettner Blvd. and for no other purpose whatsoever without prior written consent of the Executive Director of District. The Tenant will be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, and in all uses thereof including those regulating stormwater and hazardous materials. The TUOP will commence on March 1, 2015, and terminate on Sept. 30, 2018, for a total term of three years and seven months. The TUOP may be terminated by the Executive Director of District or his duly authorized representative, or Tenant, as a matter of right and without cause at any time upon the giving thirty days' notice in writing to the other party of such termination.
