Document Description
The proposed project would improve the energy efficiency of the existing State owned office building which was originally constructed in 1976. The project will include: optimizing the air distribution, upgrading hydronic control valves, retro-commissioning, installation of demand controlled ventilation, upgrading the building automation system, upgrading the heat exchangers, insulating steam and condensate piping, replacing failed steam traps, replacing distribution transformers and upgrading interior lighting to LED.
