Document Description
A declaration of drought emergency was made Feb. 6, 2014. The drought continues and the need for an updated adoption of conservation actions is needed due to emergency regulations of the State Water Resources Control Board and an executive order by the Governor. The Agency's Water Shortage Contingency Plan has been revised to comply with the emergency regulations/executive order and a resolution adopting Stage 2, "Water Warning," at a specified conservation level of 25% has been prepared for consideration by the PCWA Board of Directors.
