Project consists of the consideration, approval, and implementation of a multi-year lease of approx. 13,000 sq. ft. of space in an existing office building within an office complex situated on Laguna Springs Drive in elk Grove, CA. Space would be used to house administrative and program employees of CCHCS; proposed lease area is directly adjacent to existing CCHCS offices. The additional space will address anticipated overcrowding of existing CCHCS offices that is expected to occur in 2015.
