Document Description
The proposed project will install up to 10 monitoring wells to collect soil and groundwater samples and conduct approx. 60 soil borings to collect soil samples for analysis within the Pepper Oil Company leasehold and around its perimeter in National City, CA. The purpose of this project is to investigate and evaluate the presence, concentration, and distribution of contaminants in soils, soil vapor, and groundwater at the site as well as the hydrogeological conditions that may affect the distribution and transport of potential contaminants on and off of the site. The project will be completed pursuant to the County of San Diego Dept. of Health permit requirements.
