Document Description
The project would demolish Ornamental Horticultural Building J greenhouse ("Building J") and Ornamental Horticultural Building M warehouse ("Building M") structures, clear the site, and provide landscape improvements. Demolition of Building J (4,800 gsf) and Building M (7,201 gsf), represent a total of 12,001 gsf of existing office, shops, and storage space currently used by Facilities Management and On-Campus Housing Maintenance. The scope of work would include finish grading; removal of hazardous waste and soils; connections to existing site utilities; installation of a storm water retention system; repair and paving of existing roads and parking areas; and landscape improvements.
