Document Description
Project is limited to the repair of two roadside slip-outs on Higgins Canyon Road, two slip-outs on Seaside School road, replacement of a deteriorated culvert on Bear Gulch Road and reattachment of two disconnected culverts at two locations on Stage Road. Slip-out repairs will include excavation and reconstruction of the roadway shoulder using imported soil and boulders. The culvert will be replaced with a corrugated metal culvert of equal length and diameter. A concrete headwall will be constructed at the inlet and boulders will be added to the outlet for energy dissipation. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2014-0214-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
