Document Description
The project would construct 20,675 gsf building to accommodate the On-Campus Housing Maintenance program and provide secure storage space for Facilities Management. The project would construct a replacement facility on the site of the Ornamental Horticultural Building J greenhouse ("Building J") and Ornamental horticultural Building M warehouse ("Building M") structures, which would be demolished under a separate project. Demolition of Building JK (4,800 gsf) and Building M (7,201 gsf), represent a total of 12,001 gsf of existing office and storage space that would be replaced by the new facility (20,675 gsf). This would result in a net increase of 8,674 gsf on the site.
