Project consist of the sale and transfer of 110 square feet of SEZ Restoration Credit and 451 square feet of Potential Land Coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a project area where utility vaults will be built for an undergrounding project. The transfer enables the utility company to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of exisitng restoration credit or land coverage rights.
