Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry (ROE) to allow the Border Coast Regional Airport Authority (BCRAA) to restore road bed to wetland and dunes in the Pacific Shores Subdivision, located within Tolowa Dunes State Park (TDSP). This project is part of a larger wetland/coastal prairie mitigation for the impacts from a nearby airport expansion. Work will occur over an approximate 5-year period, with the ROE issued yearly.
