The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to Park 'N Fly (Tenant) for their use of approximately 54,311 square feet of exclusive area and 4,310 square feet of joint-use area located west of Pacific Highway, wouth of Palm Street in the ity of San Diego, California. The exclusive area will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of an attended parking lot for the San Diego International Airport (SDIA) and Cruise Ship passengers, including transportation service to and from the airport and Embarcadero and for no other purpose whatsoever.
