The proposed project is a Tideland Use and Occupancy Permit (TUOP) to Anthony's Fish Grotto of La Mesa (Tenant) for the use of approximately four parking spaces at the foot of Ash Street in the Embarcadero parking lot east of 1360 North Harbor Drive in San Diego, California. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of employee parking and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District.
